The Coffee Cherry Co. aims to deliver economic and environmental sustainability for workers, communities, and the environment in coffee-growing communities using a patented process to upcycle coffee cherry pulp, the 45 billion lbs. of byproduct created annually from the production of green coffee beans, into a functional product.

Coffee cherry offers food-safe, high volume coffee cherry from multiple origins for use in beverages and food.

To farmers this product means an additional source of income and for us in the consumer side of the industry, the potential to create groundbreaking products to satisfy new generations of consumers.
