The story behind the coffee
Letícia is from the Cerrado Mineiro region, and started her coffee journey in 2013 after graduating in Agronomy from the Federal University of Vicosa. She is the daughter of coffee producers who have been in the coffee sector for over 40 years. With the knowledge she gained from her parents, Leticia decided to rent the Sana Maria Farm in 2019 to start working on her own coffee production.
Although she had gained experience working on her parent's farms, she found it challenging to manage her own. Challenges included decision-making, responsibilities, and obligations but this only made her stronger and more confident.
Today, with the evolution of products, mechanization and phytosanitary management, her main objective is to obtain productivity and high quality, with the objective of bringing excellent coffees to the consumer.
