Mercon Specialty is a green coffee importer. We sell green coffee to roasters and coffee companies across the US and Canada.

Mercon Specialy is a division of Mercon Coffee Group, giving us a global reach to more than 60 countries and expertise that spans the entire supply chain.

Click here to create an account. You will be asked to enter all the information required to become a client. Once your account is approved, you'll be able to place orders.

In order to become a client and place an order, we need to know the following information:

  • Business Name
  • Legal Name (if your business is a dba)
  • Main contact First & Lame Name
  • Job Role
  • Phone
  • Email Address
  • Tax ID

Orders can be placed through our website or by working with one of our Sales Executives. To begin an order through our website, first start by creating an account. Then browse Our Coffee and look through our spot inventory. When you find something you like, you can add to cart, or request a sample.

After your order is placed, our Operations team will send the delivery order (referred to as your DO) to the warehouse. The DO is required to pick up coffee using will-call. If your order indicated shipping, our Operations team will organize trucking to your shipping address.

A tracking number is provided for shipped orders once your pallet is loaded onto a truck. Our Operations team will email the tracking information when it becomes available.

We hope this is never the case, but should something happen to your order in transit, please contact us at support@merconspecialty.com to discuss how we can make it right.

There are a few ways to buy coffee with Mercon Specialty. You can create an account to shop our spot coffees online. You can also connect with one of our sales executives if you are interested in forecasting and future contracts.

We only accept returns if there is a confirmed quality claim on the coffee. Before making any purchases, you are welcome to sample the coffee to ensure it lives up to your expectations.

We work with and can ship to businesses in the US and Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
